Cooking Instructions
- Cooking Instructions General Our Scampi bites are best oven baked straight from you freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
- Oven cook From Frozen 15 mins to oven bake - 220°C/Fan 190°C/Gas Mark 7. 1. Pre-heat the oven and baking tray. 2. Remove all packaging. 3. Place Scampi bites onto the baking tray in the top of the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
- Grill From Frozen 12 mins to grill - medium/high heat. 1. Pre-heat the grill and grill pan. 2. Remove all packaging. 3. Place Scampi bites onto the base of the grill pan and cook for 12 minutes turning occasionally.
- Deep Fry From Frozen 3 mins to deep fry - 180°C. 1. Pre-heat the oil. 2. Remove all packaging. 3. Gently lower Scampi bites into the hot oil and cook for 3 minutes.
