How to cook
Oven Frozen
Fan 180ºC Cook time: 15 min. - 19 min.
Preheat fan oven to 180ºC.
Remove from all packaging.
Place the product on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 15-19 minutes.
Pan Fry Frozen
Pan Fry Cook time: 6 min. - 8 min.
Remove from all packaging.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
Fry over a medium heat for 6-8 minutes turning occasionally.
