You may also order any Item you require from our butcher, from Sausages to hams, Gammon Steaks, other Bacons etc, etc
Fry at a low heat with a tablespoon of oil. Do not burst the skins with a fork, as the fat content in these delicious bangers is minimal, and you will impair the flavour if the juices escape.
Gently turn them so they evenly colour for around 8-10 minutes.
You may also grill them or roast them on a barbecue at a low heat.
