Baltika no. 8 is an unfiltered wheat beer produced from a recipe using wheat malt. It has all the qualities of the tradtional wheat beers: a thick and dense head as well as a mild, fruity aroma with notes of spices and a mild sweetness.

History
The Baltika brand was launched in 1992, following the privatisation of the state-owned Baltika Brewery in Saint Petersburg. The Baltika brand was created as a beer that was brewed through traditional methods and lived up to the standards of the best European beers.
To ensure high quality, the brewery invested in a large reconstruction that made the Baltika brewery the most advanced in Russia.
Baltika Breweries was the first Russian brewer to export beer outside Russia and Baltika Beers are sold in more than 75 countries worldwide.
