From the Aberdeenshire Larder, specially selected by Bannerman's of Tain. Bannerman's of Tain prepare breaded scampi from only wholetail langoustine and it tastes delicious.

Can be fried or baked in the oven.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pre-heat oven.
2. Remove required amount from packaging.
3. Place on a pre-heated baking tray near the top of the oven.
4. Turn 1/2 way through cooking time.
1. Pre-heat oil to 180ºC.
2. Remove required amount.
3. Deep fry for 4 minutes (approx).
4. Drain well and serve.
