Ingredients
Syrup (32%) (Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup, Water, Cornflour), Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Margarine (Fully Hydrogenated Sunflower Oil, Water, Sunflower Oil, Coconut Oil, Emulsifiers: Sunflower Lecithins, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids; Salt, Flavouring, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid; Colour: Carotenes), Sugar, Pasteurised Liquid Whole Egg, Humectant: Glycerol; Black Treacle (Cane Molasses, Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup), Colour: Plain Caramel; Raising Agents: Calcium Phosphates, Sodium Carbonates, Potassium Carbonates; Ground Ginger, Ground Cinnamon, Salt, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate.
How to cook
Microwave Ambient
Cat E Cook time: - 30 sec.

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.
Place on a microwaveable plate.
Cook for 30 seconds.
Stand for 1 minute before serving.
Serve by carefully removing the film seal and turning out onto a serving plate.
Hob Ambient
Cook time: - 20 min.
Remove outer packaging, do not remove or pierce film lid.
Place pudding in a saucepan with enough water to come halfway up the pudding basin.
Bring back to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes (Do not let the pan boil dry).
Remove film lid and turn upside down on to a serving plate. Serve and enjoy.
