Cooking Instructions

• Cooking Instructions General Our Cod fillets are at their best oven baked straight from your freezer. All cooking appliances vary, the following is a guideline only. Caution! Care should be taken when removing the tray from the oven or grill as it may contain hot oil. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Cook from frozen. Two or more portions may require a longer cooking time.
• Oven cook From Frozen Pre-heat the oven to 230°C/450°F/Gas Mark 8. Remove outer packaging and place product on a wire rack over a deep baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25 minutes. For fan assisted ovens reduce the cooking time / temperature according to manufacturer's handbook.
• Grill From Frozen Pre heat the grill pan and wire rack on a medium heat setting. Remove outer packaging. Place product on the wire rack and cook for 28 minutes turning occasionally.
