How to cook


 in a refrigerator

Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.

Drain before cooking.

Once defrosted, use immediately.

Pan Fry Frozen

 Cook time: 10 min. - 12 min.

Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.

Remove from all packaging.

Add to the pan.

Fry over a medium heat for 10-12 minutes.

Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary.

Oven Frozen

 Fan 200°C  Cook time: 12 min. - 15 min.

 Gas 7

Remove from all packaging.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 12-15 minutes.

Scallops in a protective ice glaze wrapped in unsmoked bacon.
