Pork (56%), Water, Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Pork Rind, Pork Fat, Salt, Dextrose, Stabilisers: Diphosphates, Triphosphates; Preservative: Sodium Sulphite; Spices (Black Pepper, Nutmeg), Yeast Extract, Spice Extracts (Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Coriander), Herb Extracts (Thyme, Sage), Colour: Cochineal. Filled into Beef Collagen Casings (Collagen, Water, Cellulose).
How to cook
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C Cook time: 25 min. - 28 min.
Gas 6
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 25-28 minutes.
Turn half way through cooking time.
Pan Fry Frozen
Cook time: 18 min. - 20 min.
Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Remove required amount from packaging.
Fry over a medium heat for 18-20 minutes.
Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary.
Grill Frozen
Cook time: 18 min. - 20 min.
Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan.
Grill for 18-20 minutes.
Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary.
