Usage
Directions for Use 1. To open bag carefully cut across top of sachet where indicated. 2. Measure out the required amount of tea powder. To Make Drink: 1/3pt (193ml) Cup, Quantity Tea: 2tsp (12g) To Make Drink: 2pt (1.1litre) Jug, Quantity Tea: 3tbsp (55g) 3. For Hot Lemon Tea: Add boiling water and stir. 4. For Iced Lemon Tea: Add a small amount of boiling water to dissolve the tea then top up with cold water as required. Recipe Suggestion Lemon Tea Loaf In a large mixing bowl, make up the tea using 2 heaped teaspoons (12g) lemon tea & 125ml boiling water. Stir in 450g dried fruit and 175g soft brown sugar. Allow to cool. Beat in 1 egg and 225g self-raising flour. Transfer the mixture to a greased/base lined 1kg loaf tin. Bake in pre-heated oven at 160°C/325°F/Gas Mark 3 for 1 1/2 hours.
