Be Inspired Marinades Spice-Rubbed Lamb Rump - create marinade from Korma Curry Powder, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, and lemon. Marinade overnight in a refrigerator. Roast the lamb and serve with spiced lentils, kachumber and raita. Dry Rubs Keralan Chicken Kebab - minced chicken, Korma Curry Powder, chopped chilli, lemon juice and coriander grilled on kebab sticks. Served with warm naan, kachumber salad (1/2 moon cucumber, red onion, green chilli, salt and tomato) and a minted yoghurt dip. Ingredient Gunpowder Potatoes - made with left over chopped up potatoes, tossed and griddled in ghee, Korma Curry Powder, green chilli, mint, coriander and spring onions.
