I like to make mine... 30g ready brek to 150ml milk or water It's easy - microwave for 1 1/2 mins or boil on the hob, stir halfway through†, leave to stand for 1 min Try topping your ready brek with... Halved strawberries Sliced banana A sprinkle of raisins †Based on 750W category D and 1000W category E microwaves. Please be careful with hot product or liquid. Once prepared, do not store or reheat.

Ready Brek Chocolate Chocolate & Banana Smoothie 1 banana, peeled and roughly chopped 1 tbsp Ready Brek Chocolate 150ml/1/4 pint semi-skimmed milk or milk of your choice (fortified unsweetened soya milk or fortified unsweetened almond milk work well) Makes 300ml/ 1/2 pint - 1 x large tumbler Put the banana into the blender or juicer, sprinkle over the Ready Brek Chocolate then pour over the milk. Blitz until blended. Pour into tumblers and serve straight away or refrigerate and serve cold. Ready Brek Original Strawberry & Blueberry Smoothie 100g/3 1/2oz strawberries (about 8) Handful of blueberries 1 tbsp Ready Brek Original 150ml/1/4 pint semi-skimmed milk or milk of your choice (fortified unsweetened soya milk or fortified unsweetened almond milk work well) Makes 300ml/ 1/2 pint - 1 x large tumbler Put strawberries and blueberries into the blender or juicer, sprinkle over the Ready Brek Original then pour over the milk.
