    Preheat fan oven to 180ºC.

    Remove from all packaging.

    Place the product on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 16-20 minutes..

    Pan Fry Frozen

     Pan Fry  Cook time: 7 min. - 9 min. 

    Remove from all packaging.

    Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.

    Fry over a medium heat for 7-9 minutes turning occasionally.

    200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas 6 Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes, turning occasionally.

    Shallow Fry From Frozen

     

    Medium heat Pre-heat oil, add sausages and cook for approximately 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

    Fry at a low heat with a tablespoon of oil. Do not burst the skins with a fork, as the fat content in these delicious bangers is minimal and you will impair the flavour if the juices escape.

     

    Gently turn them so they evenly colour for around 8-10 minutes.
