COOKING FROM FROZEN :

Fan 180°C
2 Hours
40 Minutes

1. Pre-heat oven.

2. Remove outer packaging and film lid.

3. Cover loosely with foil.

4. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.

5. 2 hours into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for 40 minutes.

6. Stand for 10 minutes before carving.

 
Defrost Time
 
36 Hours

1. Defrost in a refrigerator for 36 hours.

2. Drain before cooking.

3. Once defrosted, cook within 24 hours.

 
COOKING FROM DEFROSTED:
 
Fan 180°C
2 Hours
Gas 6
2 Hours

1. Pre-heat oven.

2. Remove outer packaging and film lid.

3. Cover loosely with foil.

4. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.

5. 1 hour 30 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for 30 minutes.

6. Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
