Prepare and Use
Shopping List: 1 Colman's Parsley Sauce Mix. 300ml (1/2 pint) semi skimmed milk. How To Cook: 1. Empty the contents of the sachet into a saucepan. 2. Pour a little milk into the pan and mix. Stir in remaining milk and bring to boil, stirring continuously. 3. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Why not try: Tuna Fish Cakes. Make up the sauce as directed and stir into cooked mashed potato with a can of drained tuna. Fry spoonfuls of the mixture on both sides until golden. Perfect for younger members of the family - healthy fish that doesn't look too fishy!
