Cooking instructions.
Fan 200ºC 20 Minutes
For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit
1. Pre-heat oven
2. Remove required amount from packaging
3. Place on a pre-heated baking tray near the top of the oven for time stated
(Based on 2 - 4 Fillets)
1. Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan
2. Remove required amount from packaging shallow fry
15 Minutes Fry over a medium / low heat
4. Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.
